A typical coaching plan of support includes weekly 75 minute individualized in person sessions with email support between appointments as needed. With short and long term goals as our guide, each session is tailored to meet your immediate needs and long term objectives. Sessions may involve problem identification and resolve, brain storming, skill development, clarification exercises, evaluating “homework” assignments or online assessment results, overcoming personal blocks or identifying self defeating behaviors, developing your best plan of action, or generating the personal motivation to make it over the next hurdle.
